mZUS is mobile access to information and applications for selected benefits from ZUS.
The mZUS mobile application allows you to view selected information that is available on your [insured person’s] or [beneficiary’s] account on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE)/eZUS. Thanks to the application
→ you will apply for benefits from the Active Parent program, i.e.:
a) active parents at work – you are entitled to the benefit if you and the person with whom you raise a child aged 12 to 35 months are professionally active and the child does not attend nursery or kindergarten,
b) actively in a nursery – the benefit is due if the child attends a nursery or a children’s club or is under the care of a day care provider,
c) actively at home – the benefit is due for a child aged 12 to 35 months,
→ you will apply for the Good Start 300+ benefit and the 800+ childcare benefit,
→ check the status of sent applications,
→ you will read messages for the mZUS application and notifications, i.e. messages that appeared on your profile on PUE/eZUS, as well as correspondence with the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
→ you can act on behalf of the person who granted you power of attorney to PUE/eZUS,
→ you will make an authenticated telephone call to the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center),
→ you can book an e-visit (online visit) and a stationary visit at any ZUS branch,
→ use the pension calculator to calculate your projected pension according to the new rules (if you are a person who has not yet been granted a pension benefit from ZUS),
→ you will display information about your medical certificates (e-ZLA),
→ you will view data on insurance and contributions, benefits and pensions.
Before you install the application
Make sure you have a profile on PUE/eZUS and that it is active. Information on how to set up a profile on PUE/eZUS can be found at www.zus.pl.
Application activation
Install mZUS on the selected device and connect the application with your PUE/eZUS account.
- Log in to PUE/eZUS: https://www.zus.pl/ezus/logowanie.
- In the [Settings] side menu, select [Mobile devices].
- Click [New Device].
- The screen will display a QR code in the form of an image (to be scanned) and a string of characters (to be entered manually), which contains the device activation code.
- Launch the application on your mobile device.
- Read the regulations for using the mobile application.
- Scan the QR code generated in PUE/eZUS or enter the code manually.
Important! Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access the camera.
- Enter the verification code that you will receive on the phone number or e-mail address, i.e. in the way you have established to regain access to PUE/eZUS.
- Set your four-digit PIN and start using the app.
